As I slowly moved pretty much everything out of the girls’ playroom so we could use it as a studio space (making me realize that “ALL” the toys we just got rid of in the garage sale wasn’t nearly enough!), I got more & more excited. One of my favorite families was headed my way from Austin to Kingwood & I couldn’t wait to see them & celebrate Chloe turning one!
That being said, I was a little sad too… you see, I get attached to my Little Ones families. I look forward to seeing them every few months, so the final session of their collection is always bittersweet – especially when it’s a family as amazing as the Coles!
I absolutely LOVED the cake from Aida Bakes! So gorgeous and it smelled AMAZING!
Happy happy girl!!!
Time to dig in!
I always love cake smash sessions because you just never know how the Little One is going to react – whether they’ll dive right in & eat as fast as they can before someone takes it away, or tentatively try it out & decide to move on. Sweet little Chloe girl gave the cake a shot but mostly just wanted to be up & running around!
LOVE LOVE LOVE this one! That little scrunched nose!
Chloe, it’s been amazing to get to see you grow up this year & to get to see you & your family so often! I’m so honored to have taken your Little Ones portraits as well as your brother’s! Lauren & Zach, THANK YOU for choosing me to photograph your sweet babies & your whole family over the years. The Holmes family circus loves y’all!!
