Here we go again with another year’s recap of how I did with crossing things off my Yearly Bucket List. This year was a pretty good one! Finally crossed things off that had been on the list for years, and ended up with only 3.5 things not done! I’ll take it. This year was full of things that make my heart happy – the beach, my girls, painting, books & quality time with loved ones.

So here’s what I’d put out there for myself to fill up the year with, and the status of each:

• Read 40 Books – DONE – I knocked this one out of the park!! • Keep a daily happiness journal – DONE – I do this every night along with my devotional & I love it!
• Go to Magnolia – DONE – We FINALLY made it!! This was such a fun little anniversary getaway for Max and I!
• Weekend away with Max – DONE – Trip to Waco/Magnolia in March
• Host Mom’s Night Out for photography clients – DONE – We had so much fun at Wine & Design!
• Do 5 random acts of kindness with the girls – DONE
• Create a vision board for my office – Started this one, but never finished!
• Do 5 crafts with the girls – DONE
• Go to a concert – DONE – Went with Max to see Johnnyswim & Needtobreathe in the Woodlands! Such a great concert.
• Learn to watercolor – DONE – Feels weird to say that this is “Done” because I know I have a LOT to learn, but I have a good start, so we’re saying it’s done!
• Give 3 random gifts – DONE
• Watch 10 TED talks – DONE – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10
• Ice cream date with each of the girls
• Host a couple’s game night
• Backyard camping with the girls
• Beach time – DONE – multiple trips to the beach, including our most recent one with the whole family!
