It’s been a little while since I’ve been able to photograph a senior, and y’all…. coming back to that with Julie’s session was just perfect!!!

Julie, you are so beautiful on the inside & out! I truly enjoyed getting to hang out with you & your mom as we ventured from Downtown Houston to Kingwood for your portraits!

We started out downtown at Julie’s school, Incarnate Word Academy. We may not have been able to access the new fancy side of the building due to continued construction, but Julie, you made this main entrance look good!

I just can’t get over how mature & poised you are. I’m pretty sure I was way more of a hot mess when I was graduating high school!

After our little walk along the bayou, we headed back to Kingwood for photos at St. Martha Catholic Church. It was such a perfect backdrop for photos, and so perfect because it holds so much meaning in Julie’s life. Bringing in personal touches through locations or details makes my sappy photographer heart SO happy!

One of those personal touches was this guitar… these shots almost didn’t happen, but Julie’s sweet sister drove it up to us & I am SO glad she did!

Julie, thank you so much for spending the afternoon with me & letting me take your senior pictures!! I am so excited for all that the rest of your senior year holds for you, and for your next step at college! Congrats!!
