Y’all, today’s post is such a special one!!! In addition to being my second session with the Griggs family, it was my first time meeting this handsome little miracle! Ellis was born earlier than expected & had a bit of a scary start that included some time in the NICU, but thankfully he is home & doing well. He was just over three weeks old when I made my way over to Spring from Kingwood for his newborn portrait session, and he was just a dreeeeeam, y’all! Sweet & sleepy!

These boots were a gift to Paul from his grandfather before he passed away, and Ellis was named after him. The enormous sweet spot I have in my heart for my late grandfather made me so honored to take some photos of Ellis with the boots, and I was fighting back tears as he broke into this wide grin!!
The way those girls look at their little brother just melts my heart!!! Piper & Abigail were so sweet with him!
