So I’ll be honest and say that April was a crazy month & I didn’t get to do a dedicated shoot for the photo project. That being said, I still got photos of them together… Peanut jumped into photographer mode again with her sister (this time with an old waterproof disposable camera) & I can’t help but love these images. There’s something about Peanut’s wild hair & bow that doesn’t match the dress she picked out to wear that day. It’s the reality of a lot of our weekends, and I like having photos like that of my girls.

Peanut grabs her camera all the time now (which y’all know I love), but she’s started to get so serious about “taking photos” of Pumpkin.

She was so cute continually praising her sister. She’d call her name, pretend to take a photo, and then tell her “goooood job!” (while I just melted on the spot… It’s a wonder I ended up getting any photos at all!)

Pumpkin was getting a kick out of her sister trying to pose her for the next photo.

So so so sweet! Gosh I love these two girls! And I love the thought of someday having framed photos of Pumpkin that Peanut took… and again, there I go melting into a giant sappy mama puddle!
