I recently had the privilege of spending a little time with Aaron, Kristan and Lydia to get some family portraits of them. They are such a fun family, and they were such troopers! They totally trusted me to pull off and park on a random stretch of road and go wandering into the trees to get to our location… And they did it without looking at me like I was crazy! Haha thanks y’all!! It was worth it though to get some fall color in the middle of our pine-filled city, and I love how these photos turned out.

I always love to try to steal a little time to get photos of just mom and dad… so many times once kids join the family, it’s easy to let the focus slip away to stay on the little ones. Don’t get me wrong – I think it’s important to really focus on your children, but it’s also important to focus on being a couple as well! Love these shots of Aaron & Kristan..
