Y’all, I can’t even begin to describe what this Kingwood newborn portrait session means to me…. I love this family (my whole family loves this family!), and this sweet baby girl is such a blessing! She was a complete dream during our whole session, and her big brother & big sister did just as well (& were quite proud to take photos holding their baby sister)!
I never lose sight of what a privilege it is to photograph families, to take those photos that will be looked at years from now to remember just how small Penelope was, and she will see how loved she’s been from day 1. That never gets old for me. Getting to do that for a family I hold dear to my heart? It just doesn’t get much better than that.
That sweet little kiss on the right? Not prompted by me. Abigail just leaned down on her own to give her sister the softest little kiss, and my heart melted right there on the spot!!
I always love these images!
A little heart detail in Penelope’s wrap was the perfect little touch!
One of my favorites!
Gosh, I love these three!!!!!
This chair has been in Courtney’s family for a long time, and I love that one of her only requests was to get photos of her rocking Penelope in the chair she was rocked in as a baby. These personal touches make portraits all the more special, and I love learning those little tidbits of my clients’ family history!
I’d say Jackson is ok with being a big brother!
So this particular set up heart my Red Raider heart a little bit (Wreck ‘Em!), but I told Chris & Courtney that this is proof of how much I like them! And I have to admit, even though it’s all Aggie gear, I did love how these photos turned out!
Sweet little details!!!
Another favorite!
Durham family, thank you so much for being such incredible, supportive clients & for letting me photograph Penelope’s first year… but even more than that, thank you for being such a fun & positive part of the lives of my whole family. We love you big!!
