I spent this last Saturday with two amazing families in downtown Houston as Daniella & David gathered in front of their families & friends to begin their married life. While it was warmer than I think most of us would have liked in late October, the potential rain held off & it was a beautiful day.
The ceremony took place at Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral, and it was as full of meaningful moments as it was beautiful!
I absolutely loved this sweet moment between Daniella & her mother, Connie. There are always so many emotions on a wedding day, but having laughter mixed in is always one of my favorites! Didn’t they both just look gorgeous?!?!
The personal details pinned into Daniella’s bouquet added such a sweet touch to the already stunning floral arrangement.
While David & Daniella chose to not see each other before the ceremony, that didn’t keep them from having a brief moment near one another where Daniella gifted David with a new watch. His face just lit up at the gift as he explained to me that he’s “a watch guy” and slid on the gift from his soon-to-be bride.
I think that all brides should get a photo like this with their girls, am I right?!?!
I will forever and always be a sucker for the moment when the groom sees his bride walking down the aisle toward him!

I’m not going to lie, I couldn’t keep from smiling when Daniella danced with her dad, and I was fighting back tears when David danced with his mom! Watching mother & son each wipe a tear away from each other’s face during their dance was almost too much for me! So sweet.
Part of the way through the reception a mariachi band made their entrance & brought so much life to the celebration! They were all incredibly talented & the guests thoroughly enjoyed it!
Daniella & David, I hope you’re enjoying your honeymoon!!! Thank you again for allowing me to be a small part of your wedding day! I pray for many years of happiness & health for you both!
