For the second year in a row, I invested in myself and my business by attending the Mompreneur’s Retreat at the start of the year. I made the time to go work on my business, connect with other mompreneurs, and make the effort to refresh/refuel myself to hit the ground running for my business in the new year.
It’s nice to feel like I’m intentionally showing up for b.marie.photography as the year begins, and I am always so glad to meet the other amazing women & hear about their businesses! From a mini mastermind session to being ready to scale your business to marketing strategies to time to actually DO the things, it was a full & amazing day!
A fun addition to this year was offering other attendees the option to get a quick headshot update! I got to snap a few photos of Keri, and y’all, she is such a bright light! Just look at that smile!!! This woman is a triple threat, and I can’t wait to be able to say I photographed her at the beginning of all the big things I know she’s going to do! I also got to photograph the sweetest (& insanely talented) wedding photographer, Violeta! I just loved getting to meet her & seriously, y’all… her photos are beautiful!!!!
