You know how they say good things take time? (or something like that?) Well this session is perfect proof!! Rachel is a professional organizer in the Kingwood area and reached out to me about getting brand photos for her business, Organized Creative Design. Then it seemed as if the universe decided to throw all kinds of things at us – including a global pandemic – to keep pushing our session back.
We were finally able to get together recently and it was just as good as I thought it would be! Rachel has amazing style & is seriously a genius when it comes to creating spaces and systems that are beautiful and functional! On top of that, she’s a blast to be around and can we just talk about how photogenic she is?!?!
I’ll just keep pretending I look this good (& my house is this clean) on my work-from home days! And how fun is Rachel’s shirt? Love it!!

For part of our session, we were able to go to one of Rachel’s client’s home, and this pantry is GOALS!! And I am now convinced we need a beautiful light blue stand mixer (for Max and the girls to use because we all know I don’t use it much)!

I absolutely love getting brand portraits/headshots that showcase my clients’ personality – yes, the traditional smile at the camera is important, but images like this one allow your potential clients to see who you are & that allows them to start connecting you & that leads to them hiring you!!
