I couldn’t have been happier when I got the message from Lindsay saying she wanted to book one of my spring mini sessions! Connor & Bryce are just the absolute cutest, and it’s so fun to get to see former classmates of mine navigating these early years of parenthood too.

I absolutely love breaking out families into smaller pairings for portraits. As a parent, I think you end up having such beautifully individual relationships with each of your kiddos, and it makes my heart happy to gift these parents & each of the little ones with images that show that relationship growing over the years. (Yes, I know I’m a sap. I’m ok with it. And it makes for some great photographs!)

How does Connor look simultaneously SO young & SO grown all at the same time?!?!

Another thing I love to do? If it’s safe to let the kiddos roam for a minute, I absolutely love getting some portraits of mom & dad together. This is where the family started, and it is so important to me to help these parents have portraits that showcase how their relationship is growing along with their family. And this one of Lindsay & Kevin? Such a good one!!! Love it.
