Last weekend was the first date of my Hurricane Harvey Relief minis, and I honestly don’t know if my heart could have been more full heading home that evening. I met some incredible people, and saw some that I’m lucky enough to already know, and their spirit of gratitude & positivity in the face of all that they’ve been dealing with since Harvey hit was inspiring. Being able to simultaneously provide a listening ear while helping to bring a little joy & start to rebuild a visual family legacy was such an honor.

I want to share a few photos from each of the sessions with y’all too so you can see the faces of some of the best people here in Kingwood. With the photos we got in 20 minutes (& the fun I had with each family), I’m wishing all of these had been full sessions so there would have been even more of each!!

These four siblings were so much fun! They were such good sports about taking photos with each other on a Saturday evening… which I’m sure was their first choice!

These two & their parents were so sweet, and even though little Eleanor was waking up from a nap when they arrived, she ended up being such a trooper & a little ray of sunshine (just like her big sister, Bella)!

These three boys just stole my heart, and their parents are as sweet as can be! Little Hunter was just days old when Harvey hit – what a story he’ll have to tell when he grows up!

Abbie & Luke are too cute for words & have the best personalities! Luke made me work for it in the beginning (and his parents who did a bit of chasing), but that joyous, energetic spirit made for some amazing photos!
