I don’t even know where to start with these two. Adam and Amanda are just the best kind of people! They are so friendly, welcoming, funny and laid back. They are a great example of keeping Christ always present in your relationship, and a great example of teamwork.
I was so glad that Adam contacted me to take their engagement photos. It had been way too long since I’d been able to catch up with him (we became friends in college), and I was so interested to meet Amanda! Let me tell y’all… he did a GREAT job picking that woman! She’s just amazing. Beautiful, funny, sweet AND a college football fan, which is a total win in my book.
They met at church but it took a trip to go out dancing for the sparks to fly. Adam swears it was his stellar dance moves that stole Amanda’s heart. Through ups and downs they’ve been there for each other, and after a short time apart they realized there’s no one they’d rather dance through life with.
Amanda & Adam, thank you again for such a wonderful morning (and for the amazing breakfast afterward – Max and I really enjoyed it!). I hope you love your photos as much as I do!
LOVE this one!
Adam – you did darn good with that ring! It’s stunning just like the beautiful woman who wears it!
Amanda – like I said, you are STUNNING!! I can’t decide which one of these I like better…
The Arboretum at Memorial Park did not disappoint!! It was a humid morning, but the grounds were just beautiful!
I could tell from emailing back and forth with Amanda that we’d get along, but as soon as she mentioned that they wanted to do photos in Texas Tech and Florida State football gear, I knew for sure!
This next set just cracks me up. Adam clearly knows what he’s got and isn’t letting her get away!!
Amanda and Adam, thank you so much for braving the humidity with me! And Amanda, thank you for making me instantly feel like we’ve been friends for years. I meant it when I said you two should come spend a football weekend in the fall up here!!
I wish y’all nothing but the best.. enjoy the final stages of wedding planning, and more importantly, enjoy this time in your relationship. The wedding will be here before you know it, and time just keeps flying, so soak it all up!
Amazing pics of some amazing people! Can’t wait to celebrate with you guys! Gahhh!

Engagement pictures are my favorite! I especially love when people do fun pictures that show who they are. Thanks for sharing this at Hump Day Happenings! I hope you will join us again next week.
Jenna, engagement photos are definitely one of my favorite kinds of shoots!
